Building Community

Our Commitment to Building Community

Collage of Students spending time together, talking, playing games, and playing piano.

During your time at Detroit Mercy, our goal is that you will experience community through a sense of belonging, safety and a connection with others by building authentic relationships. You will also learn to honor the intrinsic value of the individual and recognize God’s presence in each person.
